Bonisana Consulting assists Trade Unions to establish and maintain collaborative relations with Employers to ensure consistent cooperation and mutually beneficial negotiations.
We provide ongoing support to both Trade Unions and Employers to enhance and maintain relations. We also offer support with negotiations for routine matters and facilitate harmonious dispute resolutions.
